We aspire to practice and improve our collective skills as a learning community centered on servant leadership.

Servant-leaders are known to foster strong teamwork, high performance, greater financial profits – as well as meaning and fulfillment in life and work.
Why Servant Leadership Learning Circles?
Becoming a better leader requires dedicated time and energy and a servant leadership learning community quickens the learning curve. We focus on applying the principles of servant leadership, learning best practices, and encouraging the hearts of servant leaders.
The yearly program includes three dynamic, interactive half-day group conference-like sessions. Each time you can expect a presentation, sharing of experiences with servant leadership, insights, tools, best practices, and time for dialogue and application of ideas.
“It was amazing to meet with others who also have this passion and learn how servant leadership is implemented at organizations like Southwest Airlines.”
“I learned a great deal from experts in servant leadership, as well as from those who are newer who are also making important inroads in their organizations. I find the connections with others help me overcome challenges and support my efforts.”
“Even though we have a lot of great training at our organization, the Phoenix SLLC ‘fills our well’ so we have more to give when we are coaching others. This program is a great way to mentor those who are high potential servant leaders in our organization.”
